Besides the regional airport, there is very little to do in Romulus. There are just a handful of stores for grocery shopping or general shopping. Outside of the airport, there aren't many decent restaurants either. You'll probably have to drive to a neighboring town if you want to do any big shopping or to try some nice restaurants.

There is almost nothing in terms of entertainment either. There isn't a mall or shopping center in Romulus, so that's another thing you'll have to drive a little bit for. There are many other cities that are as affordable as Romulus but are safer and have more opportunities. Read Less
