Rolling Hills, IL: Close to everything! 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 10, 2018) Living in Rolling Hills, IL has been a pretty good experience. There is hardly any crime here, but I don't know if I intend on staying in this area once my kids are a little bit older because the schools aren't that great.

Some of the best areas in Rolling Hill, IL are actually ...Read More right outside of town. There's great shopping at Woodfield Mall which is just a couple miles out of the city and Arlington Park is a great place to watch the horse races.

Living here is pretty expensive, it's one of the main reasons we are thinking about relocating. Not only with housing but also basic expenses like food and gas seem to be less expensive just a few towns over. Fortunately, other areas are pretty accessible. We really enjoy catching shows at the Metropolis Performing Arts Centre on the weekends. The parks around Rolling Hills, IL are beautiful as well. The safety in Rolling Hills is worth having to drive a bit further. Read Less
