When I moved to Florida to escape the brutal cold winters of Michigan, I had no idea what living in Riviera Beach would be like. Literally footsteps to pristine white sand beaches, this amazing city is a stone's throw from Miami or Vero Beach. The weather here is exceptional all year, and I can spend countless hours outside enjoying the Sunshine State for all its worth.

The best areas in Riviera Beach include some of the most incredibly picturesque parks with all different amenities. One weekend I can be sailing, the next fishing, and another just soaking up the sun. Once the sun sets, I can be in Miami and dancing the night away in the best nightclubs in the country in minutes.

There are plenty of upscale shopping centers in the area, as well as many discount outlet strip malls off Interstate 95. My neighborhood is gated, my neighbors are quiet, and I swim in the community pool every night after my bike ride to the beach.
