The city falls within both Pierce and St. Croix counties. River Falls is close to the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan district. The suburban town has high employment and housing prospects. The cost of living h ...Read More ere is fairly low and the city is relevantly safe. River Falls houses the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and Chippewa Valley Technical College. The county has a public school system in place that is above average across the nation.

Some of the best areas in River Falls Wisconsin surround the Kinnickinnic River which flows through the downtown central area of town. This area encompasses shopping, dining, and business districts. There are grandiose parks in the vicinity that offer walking, biking, and camping trails. It also has a multitude of recreational activities such as fishing and boating. The city is breathtaking during certain seasons. The weather can be daunting in winter. River Falls is very welcoming and family oriented. It is a great place to settle down and grow a family.
