Best Kept Secret 5 rating By Anonymous ( Sep 07, 2019) The Fan is without question the best community in America. There is a “Mayberry” feel to this neighborhood while being smack dab in the middle of a very vibrant and multicultural city. Richmond, VA offers everything a person could possibly want: affordable housing, great rest ...Read More aurants, live music, festivals, the James River and so much more. Crime is relatively low for a major city and the climate of Richmond makes it tops on my list for the East Coast if not the entire country. Read Less
