Great Neighborhood, I wouldn't live anywhere else User Rating 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( Dec 22, 2018) Chimborazo is a great neighborhood, and it has experienced a tremendous amount of gentrification. Houses are selling for almost a million dollars compared to just a little over $200k a few years ago, and the park is beautiful along with the dog park, Museum in the park. Chimboraz ...Read More o park is one of the most historic sites in America because it had the largest hospital during the civil war and they treated both Confederate and Union Soldiers. It's a very walkable neighborhood with a score of 90 and Church Hill as a whole is a great area now and I have lived here for over fifteen years and wouldn't consider living anywhere else. There are lots of families, and it's proximity to great restaurants, downtown and shopping a lot of which is either within walking distance or just a bike ride away. If you like historic houses and a feeling of community this the neighborhood for you. Read Less
