hat i have been here. We are all tax payers and the mayor is in a role of our parent. She won the election so that means that the so called majority wanted her to lead the city, i dont believe that the North side of Richmond voted for a park/walking trail in a flooded area. Since this has started, the ditches in the area are backing up, flooding peoples yards, driveways & garages. At this time, i dont know how much money is allocated for the park but i can confidently find other places to spend that money wisely.
