Decent Average living User Rating 4 rating By Anonymous ( Jul 28, 2019) I lived her for 3/4 of my life. It’s a hit and miss on areas, crime, etc but it’s affordable living. I would say Woodson, nor-fleet, west-ridge is more nicer houses everywhere else is average. a decent house Is around 100k but the apartments are not well kept. shopping is ok ...Read More but I prefer going to independence or blue Springs. The Schools are horrible and rough. Overall it’s ok to live here it’s better than Grandview and overall Kansas City area. Read Less

The town is smaller, and offers community amenities to the local town folk. The town is small with a population of 30,000.

...Read More he city. There are multiple parks to enjoy as well as national museums. This city encompasses more of the learning aspect in terms of entertainment. Family fun centers are in great supply here as well.

Shopping in this town is basic and nightlife remains simple with local bars and restaurants. Being located in the Midwest, Raytown MO is culturally diverse. This is a smaller city in the state and a great location to live away from the big city. It is still within a short distance of the big city.
This is a great small town place to be where family and community is highly valued. Read Less
