Best kept secret in southern california 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( Jan 25, 2020) Lived in this town for 25 years. What I have seen is alot of development since 2002. Many people have moved here from all over. Prices have increased for housing and rent. Growing family Communities 5 rating By Anonymous ( Mar 21, 2019) Lived here since 1979 and we have watched this small city grow very fast these past 10 years. The schools are very good from Alta Loma area across town into Etiwanda district. After that you are in a town called and referred to as Fontana {fontucky, high crime rates and low schoo ...Read More l test scores}. Housing has boomed in Cucamonga and has become an expensive place to rent or purchase. crime is low due to the area being so expensive which is a good thing. Law enforcement is great here, especially at night keeping it safe and clean. A nice place to raise your family and attend some of the top schools in the nation. Shopping stores and eating places all over. My husband retired and we bought a second home like many others as an investment and rent to good responsible renters. Happy that the community is supportive and people come to live here. Enjoy. Read Less

Rancho Cucamonga, CA - Come Visit Us 5 rating By Anonymous ( May 31, 2010) I first visited Rancho Cucamonga, CA 7 years ago during a family get-together. Now, I can say that I have been a resident of Rancho Cucamonga for the last 5 years and thanks to the quality of life it offers its residents, I definitely have no intention to leave.

Rancho Cucamonga
...Read More has everything a big city can offer but with the comforts of a smaller city and the pros of one as well. We do not have the traffic or the crime rate but we sure do have the nightlife, bars, restaurants and location. Our bars and restaurants range from local karaoke spots like Rock the Keys, to big chain well-known places like The Yard House. We are also just a short drive from the beach and the mountains as well as less than an hour away from Los Angeles and Orange County.

Rancho Cucamonga really has transformed, once there were fields and dirt, and now we have places where residents can go to enjoy themselves. That includes the Cultural Center and the many activities that can be done at the Victoria Gardens Mall. Rancho Cucamonga's focus has been to attract visitors and turn them into residents; so far, they are doing a great job. Read Less
