Pleasant Hill, A Great Chapter In My Life 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) I love Pleasant Hill! On my off days, I'm usually enjoying a cool drink or checking out the news while catching a relaxing breeze in Gregory Gardens, Grayson Woods, Poests Corner, and El Dorado Park., where every upward glance is met by the beautiful skyline.

The best areas in P ...Read More leasant Hill, CA have to be [places]. Great food and relaxation are key for me, and if I can have an evening of good sushi, a lunch with something light and tasty, or a great pizza to go with a Netflix binge, I'm satisfied.

Living in Pleasant Hill has its downsides. I'm not a standard department store shopper, so trying to find anything new or novel isn't easy. You can get your standard goods and a few new, mainstream brands from Pleasant Hill Shopping center or Sandalwood, but I tend to dip into Concord or go straight into Oakland or San Francisco.

It's not hipster's paradise, but it's in driving distance of a lot of hidden gems in the surrounding areas. Read Less
