Poorly ran by liberals 3 rating By Anonymous ( Feb 24, 2019) Piqua is actually a nice town with good schools but suffers terribly by very poor city management. Highest tax rate in area, city controlled electric company with the highest rate around. The city charter currently allows for council to determine the mayor and the police spend m ...Read More ore time on their cellphones than keeping the public safe.
