Pineville's Strong Community 2.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 23, 2018) There is not much to say about Pineville, LA other than its strong community. Its proximity to Alexandria give it some added shopping and dining options. The town itself is very small and rural. There is not much to do on the weekends, but it has some of the best area include the local park where you can enjoy a family picnic.

Shopping is limited to local boutiques that have great prices. One if the best things about living in Pineville is the low cost of living. Your money can go far in this city even if there is not too much to do at night. It just means you hav to be creative or willing to drive to a larger city where there is more going on. Overall, Pineville is a nice local community that will provide a great home for families. Read Less
