I just moved here from Delaware County and my neighborhood is amazing. Parking is great in my neighborhood (18th and Wolf Streets), there is Zero crime, a few great bars and restaurants and the subway is only 3 blocks away. I love being about to walk around Girard park and the ...Read More
neighborhood associations are friendly.
Philadelphia is improving as a whole and its nice to already be in a nice and stable neighborhood to start. I am excited to see the less developed neighborhood continue to change and watch property value increase. I do not have kids yet but my wife and I are eager to start a family in this amazing neighborhood!
