Good community - has possibilities 2.5 rating By Anonymous ( Sep 04, 2018) It's a good little bedroom community about 20 minutes from Warner Robins and 40 minutes from Macon, the two major shopping areas. Perry, Georgia is located in the middle of Georgia. Although small, the city was growing while I lived there, but was still maintaining its small-town feel.

Living in ...Read More Perry, Georgia gives you a relaxing pace in a city that has no major traffic issues. It is recognized as “Where Georgia Comes Together.” It is a city in which everyone seems to known everyone and everyone is ready to offer a helping hand.

The best areas in Perry, Georgia include the local Georgia National Fairgrounds that hosts multiple evets throughout the year including the Georgia State Fair. There are also many other things for you to do while living there including a local community theatre, areas to fish, and many different golf courses, including the Houston Lake County Club Golf Course and multiple other gold courses to visit and play a around of golf on.
