I think everything about this city is great except the cost of living. Buying a house in this area will cost over a million dollars, and it is one of the most expensive cities in the United States. The sales and income tax are high in this town and, so are groceries, medications and rent.
There is an excellent education system in place, and more than half of the high school graduates go on to successfully complete a bachelor’s degree. The crime rate is below average, but property theft is high. The city is not diverse, and over 90% of the residents are Caucasian and married with children.
