If you're moving, finding a job here will be easier than most cities. Over ninety percent of residents own their home instead of rent. The home values are higher as a result. However, the median home price is still thirteen percent lower than the national average. Buying a home in Old Jamestown would be a great investment for your family. The cost of living is relatively low as well.

The crime rates are comparatively low. There are several safe neighborhoods to hang your hat. Education in Old Jamestown is acceptable. Over ninety percent of high schoolers graduate and almost forty percent go on to receive a bachelor’s degree.

There are lots of fun games to play and fast service. Its deliciously indulgent appetizers are perfect to pair with your beverage of choice. It's a great place to view the city's nightlife as well. The shopping experience is basic with mainly grocery stores to choose from. However, the public transit systems are plentiful and easy to access.
