It is home to a great public school system and is a safe community due to adequate police presence keeping people informed and safe from any crime. The housing market in Northview is ideal for anyone wishing to ...Read More live in the Grand Rapids area as to take advantage of inexpensive property taxes and low home prices. It really is a great deal to buy real estate in this area. Property value is only set to increase in the coming years.

Shopping, dining and nightlife in Northview itself is average. However, the town is located so close to Grand Rapids that this is never a problem for locals. Grand Rapids has a wide array of unique and cultural options for shopping, dining and nightlife. A few miles south of Northview is the location of two malls, and before that you have the option to veer right into the East Grand Rapids and Eastown district for superb dining and nightlife options.

Overall, Northview is a great option for those looking to raise a family. It is conveniently located near everything you'd need, and is a fairly inexpensive place to live. Read Less
