enjoyed living in North Laurel even though it's a drive to get to most places for entertainment and nightlife. There's a huge skate park and areas for activities like athletics and the like, but not much to do otherwise. Another drawback is the rush hour commute to work in Baltimore or Washington, D.C., which can be a bit stressful at times.
All things considered, North Laurel is a great place to live. There isn't a lot of activity, but it's situated close enough to neighboring towns that offer more amenities. These towns offer much more in the way of shopping and dining. North Laurel is an ideal place to come home to after dealing with the hustle and bustle of city life.
