Housing in North Bay is quite affordable and gives you the option of choosing between rural or urban living in a variety of beautiful neighbourhoods. Property along the waterfront is slightly more expensive although still far cheaper than in other parts of the country. While the majority of North Bay’s population is English speaking, there are a large number of French-speaking residents as well.
