Can get noisy 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( Feb 11, 2022) The homes are all new. Very young families. A lot of kids, so a lot of noise, unless you live in the Del Webb 55 and over area, then it's quiet. Close to great shopping in Jacksonville. It's a great place for families. 25 minutes to the beach (Atlantic Ocean). ...Read More Read Less
