Job opportunities are plentiful in the area with many corporate headquarters a short drive away, including Microsoft, Amazon, Costco, and Starbucks. The Boeing factory located in Renton is also a short commute for those people interested in the aviation field.

The best area in Newcastle is the venerable Golf Club at Newcastle, known for its sweeping views of both the Seattle and Bellevue skylines, the Olympic Mountains, and Lake Washington. Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the myriad of recreational opportunities including boating, kayaking, hiking, and skiing. Shoppers will delight in the upscale offerings at nearby Bellevue Square, boasting a bevy of high-end stores as well as an eclectic mix of dining and nightlight options. Read Less
