New Port Richey has always had relatively cheap housing alternatives compared to other nearby communities. Having said that, the Areavibes ratings for housing in New Port Richey are way too low. I saw ...Read More your rating and immediately assumed it was erroneous. After checking home prices on Realtor.com - my suspicions were confirmed. I found only 1 listing that matched your home price estimate of $99,500. Most of what I saw suggested that the real median price is at least $50,000 higher - if not more. They are in the stage of life where they are enjoying life. This is a vacation spot, but also a place to reside where a fun lifestyle can be lived.

With the wonderful location of the city of New Port Richey, Florida I love that the shopping and amenities are great. The community lights up at night and there is a lot of fun to have here. Many parks are available for family time. This city is a great place to enjoy yourself. Restaurants are local and a great place to catch up with the community. Read Less
