The City of Nanuet can't be any better than it already is to me and my family. After moving from the south all the way up here to Nunuet, the first thing that I noticed was how cold the winters can be. When you're used to 50's in December down south, up here you must be prepared ...Read More
for averages in the 20's and 30's.
The only issue I have is the fact that the housing prices haven't dipped one bit since arriving here. Although the wife and I have great paying jobs, for someone who doesn't, roomates or other living quarters would be a better option.
Knowing what I know about Hillcrest and the Chestnut Ridge area, as well as the abundance of parks, this city can be very enjoyable. There is plenty to do out on the town, and the schools get some of the highest rankings statewide. The best way is to see for yourself, so a visit may be in order for you!
