Muskegon, MI is a Town Full of Beauty User Rating 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) The best thing about living in Muskegon, MI is the beach. It's a perfect place to fish, swim, hike, walk in the sand and other water activities. ...Read More

Living in Muskegon has its perks especially since it is a very safe town and lots to do. We have a museum, historic sites, and a small amusement/ water park (Michigan's Adventure). If you like shopping, we have a few malls here. I prefer the Lakes Mall because there are more stores, plenty of parking, closer to my house and more food court options.

The schools are great as well including two elementary schools, one middle and high school. Depending on where you live, your kids will either walk to school or take the bus. There are tons of sports, extracurricular activities that keep the kids busy. I enjoy watching the high school football games during football season. Read Less
