This city is packed with local amenities that make entertainment, recreation, and easy living highly achievable for people from all walks of life. From c ...Read More reative new grocery markets with organic produce to top of the line shopping centers and 5 star restaurants, Morton Grove offers extreme livability combined with an engaging experience that young professionals often seek in a new city.

Although I've loved living in Morton Grove, it seems likely that mid to lower income families would prefer another city due to the higher cost of living here. Housing is usually on the higher end of the price spectrum for the Illinois area and the public school system in Morton Grove is average. However, families may be drawn to the extensive library and park system offered by the city. Morton Grove Public Library offers an extensive array of educational activities for families and children of all ages. Read Less
