Property Taxes Too High... 2.5 rating By Eric Claeyborn ( Jul 03, 2017) There's no sugar coating this... the property taxes are too high in Milan (and most everywhere else in Illinois). If it wasn't for the property taxes, I wouldn't move. I'll be retiring soon, and I don't want to pay $3,000 each year on property taxes.
