Property Taxes Too High...

There's no sugar coating this... the property taxes are too high in Milan (and most everywhere else in Illinois). If it wasn't for the property taxes, I wouldn't move. I'll be retiring soon, and I don't want to pay $3,000 each year on property taxes. Everything else is fine in Mi ...Read More
lan, but you can't enjoy those things if you're poorer than a sewage rat because of the property taxes. The Democrat Party ideology of taxing and spending is killing us in Illinois. If I could leave now, I would.
