Nothing for anyone here.. except a few old town family connections. 0.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 30, 2019) No jobs, nothing to do for retirees, nothing to do for teens or children. If you are not connected to local families you will never be accepted. Before even considering moving here already have a job. So many people move here only to find they cannot get work that will pay more t ...Read More han min wage. Hospital is dreadful everyone drives over an hr to get better healthcare.

No jobs except a very few minium wage, no amenities. HOT all the time. 1 rating By Anonymous ( Jul 31, 2018) It is 100 degrees most of late spring, summer and early fall with very high humidity. Nothing to do at all in Mena except hunting and fishing (if you can find places not polluted or privately owned). Housing is very expensive, food very expensive. People move here thinking it is a nice quite community, buy a home then 3-5 yrs sell out when the heat, joblessness, crime or boredom finally gets to them. They cannot sell their homes unless they take a huge loss. Read Less
