This city is located the beautiful state of Washington, in the luscious county of Snohomish, and sits about 20 miles away from the Seattle Waterfront. With a population of around 17,000 this small town is ranked highly in the State of Washington. Living in Marth ...Read More a lake has been a wonderful experience thanks to the low crime rate, coupled with quiet suburban neighbourhoods made up of a pleasantly diverse population.

Martha Lake is close to Alderwood Mall, one of Washington's best-rated malls. There are several eateries in and around Martha Lake, and Seattle's prevailing coffee scene has sprouted the growth of independent coffee shops which I frequently find myself supporting throughout the week. Nothing like a great cup of coffee while enjoying the rainy cold seasons. If you are the type to enjoy a nice latte or cappuccino, one of the best areas in Martha Lake to grab a hot beverage is the Gourmet Latte espresso stand. If you travel about 30 mins south you'll find yourself in the gorgeous downtown area of Seattle, where I love to enjoy myself at the local bars and restaurants. Read Less
