Mansfield: Great For Singles 3 rating By Anonymous ( Mar 10, 2015) Mansfield is a great place to live at least for a single person like me. I love how this city has been designed just for people who like nightlife in a safe way. I have been living in this city for about 3 years now. This place has just about everything, from shopping centers to ...Read More entertainment venues. My house is in close vicinity to major shopping malls, social clubs and cuisines which is very convenient as I rarely cook at home. The schools here are excellent, so if you have a family, this is just a great place to be. There are stores everywhere you go for your daily needs. Universities and college education are great considering the more expensive alternatives nearby. Each college has its own list of subjects and courses offered which is great because people have many options to choose from.

As for jobs, there are plenty in retail sectors as well as construction businesses but very little if you are in tech industry. Housing sector has no issues as there are many builders who have come up with some fantastic affordable solutions for the growing population. For around $200K you will find a decent house in a decent neighborhood near good schools and other facilities. There are parks, library, activity centers and many more interesting places to spend your weekend in Mansfield. The city has its own ups and downs when it comes to neighborhoods. Some are bad, others are liveable but the best is around where you will find good schools. For the overall cost of living and the great things the city has to offer, I would gladly recommended this place to my friends and colleagues who are living outside Texas. Read Less
