Malvern, AR is Perfect for the Outdoor Enthusiast 3 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) Living in Malvern is extremely peaceful, has picturesque scenery, and an array of birds and wildlife to observe and appreciate. There really isn't much of a nightlife or shopping, but the attractions in the area are appealing to those of us that love the outdoors. If you enjoy ha ...Read More nging out in a cabin, hiking, fishing, boating, or even hunting you'll find your fill in Malvern.

Lake Catherine State Park was one of my favorite places to spend time in town; there is something interesting all over the lake, through the trails, and at the end of your fishing hook. It's a favorite for dog owners; dogs seem to love playing in the water and rolling in the grass. Falls Creek Falls is another amazing place I loved going to; there's something beautiful around every corner, the changing of the seasons is amazing, and in the summer relaxing in the hot springs after a warm hike makes all the worries of the world just float away.

I don't recommend moving here if you'd prefer a home with larger and more diverse population or amenities that don't include the outdoors. Everyone in town is extremely down-to-earth and humble while embracing country life with pride. Read Less
