Magalia, Ca User Rating 2 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) Magalia is a nice little town in Northern California. After living there for a few years, I can't say I would love to spend my whole life there, but it's not a terrible place to be.

First off, Magalia has affordable housing, unlike many bigger cities in California. The median ...Read More house price was around 150,000 dollars. This is great if you are moving to Magalia with kids, and need a mid-sized house. However, Magalia doesn't have many schools, which is important if you're moving there with kids.

As far as things to do in Magalia, your options are a little limited. Mostly, you can go on cool hikes and take part in other outdoor activities. There's also a wine tasting room. Restaurants are also a little limited, but there are a few resturants and places I may consider "nightlife".

The community is small and most people are nice, but there is little diversity, as the majority of people are white english speakers. Read Less
