If you're not from Loveland, I would not recommend moving there at all. At first, it's dull and you have to talk to everyone in the town. Seriously, everyone wants to talk all the time. There're no fences. There're no boundaries. One of our neighbors literally walks around o ...Read More
ur yard and bursts into our house as they please. Same with the school - everything is dull unless you're a social butterfly (or obnoxious as 80% of the people there are). The other 20% is pretty much forgotten and not catered to at all, unfortunately. I have some great friends from here, but you always feel like a huge outsider and people laugh at you for stuff you think normal people do (such as saying "please" and "thank you"). And using decent grammar, that's hilarious to people. Most people can't spell "cat". The students at the school have way too much say and can basically complain about a teacher and force them to feel like they have to make the class a lot easier. Lots of cheating with Apple Watches. Again, there're lots of good people, and most of the teachers are actually pretty nice, but the school has just been a bad experience. It's all about sports too, and some of the teachers seem to care a lot more about who won the last soccer game than whether they're putting in the correct grades for their students. Most kids are extremely crass and everyone I know swears. And it's really hard to see the kids who weren't born with as much money (and some who were) joining drug gangs. It's all hard to take and I've never seen it before.
On top of that, my house is infested with bats, my sister has been bullied into being homeschooled until we leave and the counsellors have failed to follow basic confidentiality rules with private information. It has its positives, but Loveland has not been a good experience for me personally.

Low crime, good schools, pretty area, cute town, friendly people, convenient location, what more could you want? The town is right on the edge of the Cincinnati metro area, if you drive 20 minutes in, you'd be in downtown Cincinnati. If you drive 20 minutes out, you're in the c ...Read More
ountry. It's also a central location so road trips are easy. In a day's drive you could be in Canada or Florida. The area as a whole is in that buffer zone where northern meets southern and you kind of get the best of both. It's really the picture-perfect every day America that you think only exists on TV.

I had a tremendous experience while living in Loveland Cincinnati. The city is a part of the Greater Cincinnati district and is located in Clermont and Warren Counties. Loveland is 15 miles away from Cincinnati. The city hinges on Symmes, Hamilton, and Miami Townships and runs al ...Read More
ong the Little Miami River. Loveland has an impressive scholastic system that supports both Loveland East and Loveland West districts. Employment conditions are superb and their housing market stable. Living costs are moderate and crime is non-existent. The climate is always pleasant.
Some of the best areas in Loveland Cincinnati surround Historic Downtown Loveland. The district has great shopping and dining venues and serves as the historic centerpiece of Loveland. The city does an awesome job of grooming the area and harnessing the township’s traditional cityscape. The city also has a modern feel to it as well, with newer developments, facilities, and living complexes. Loveland is a great place to live for single adults as well as any size family. Neighborhoods are super safe and the town has great historical sites.
