Lochearn: Accessible to Baltimore 3 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) Lochearn is close to everything and has public transportation. We have a very low crime rate and people are generally nice. We don't have a lot to do here, but I don't mind because I love the peace and quiet. There is a lot of room for development especially having more activitie ...Read More s and recreational things for the kids to do. I rely on school events to entertain my children or we travel to other towns on the weekends.

The best thing about Lochearn is that we have all four seasons, but the winters can get bad. We have a lot of snowstorms, but the city is good at keeping the roads clear. There aren't a lot of jobs in the area, so most people travel to Baltimore to work. We have too many fast food restaurants in the area.

Sometimes I travel to Baltimore for fun as there are more restaurants, museums, and activities. Some things I enjoy are the diverse bookstores (The Book Thing), The Wax Museum and just walking downtown. Read Less
