Little Elm: A Development Project in the Making User Rating 2.5 rating By Anonymous ( Apr 26, 2018) Little, Elm Texas is a small town 30 minutes outside of Dallas. Little Elm is currently expanding their area by building homes and businesses that can accommodate more residents. Little Elm has an awesome lake that provides beautiful and peaceful scenery. Although Little Elm is a ...Read More small town, it consist of open land; however, there is room for development.

We have three different school districts including Denton, Frisco, and Little Elm districts. Depending on where you live determines what school district your children will attend. My children currently attend Denton Independent School District. The elementary and high schools are great but the middle school needs improvement. There are plans to build more schools to accommodate students.

I look forward to the plans of the 380 corridor, a major highway that runs throughout several small towns adjacent to Little Elm. Living off 380 requires some patients; however, once everything is developed, it will be more appealing to families and those that want to move to this area. Read Less
