The housing market in Libertyville is great, being that house prices are low and property taxes remain more reasonable than what you'd find living in Chicago. The weather in Libertyville is comparable to that of the rest of the Midwest with summers being oftentimes hot and humid, while winters are generally very cold with a lot of precipitation. It is worth noting as well that the city of Libertyville is subject to tornadoes during the spring and summer months, increasing the risk of damage to houses for those looking to settle down.
