Developed by Stock Development, the area is know for wide, Palm-lined boulevards, handsome homes, condos, and coach homes. More than two dozen restaurants are nearby, plus shopping areas. FL Southwestern State College, Lely High School and the fine South Regional Library are all in the development. One look at the fountains and sculptures along Rialto Street in Olé will make you want to live here, on Naples most beautiful street! The resort itself has multiple fitness centers including a 6000 sf gym at main center and others within a mile outside lely Bld entrance. If having entertainment means out the front door within 10 ft maybe the rating is correct, but its close to all the action. Golf courses, bars, pools, shopping, gyms, all within a few hundred yards would seem a better then D+ ammenities.
