Leawood Kansas is suburb of Kansas City. Bordering the popular Overland Park, KS it is close to major streets and highways that will take you to other great neighborhoods. One of my favorite things to do is visit the Lewaood Town Center Plaza. With a movie theater, restaurants (Dean & DeLuca, On the Border, and more) and numerous shops, you can spend all day enjoying outdoor shopping. Leawood is also home to North Italia, Crate and Barrel, and many other favorite shops for residents.

The Spring World Headquarters is just across the street, in Overland Park. These two cities have numerous golf courses, outdoor walking space, and parks that you can enjoy on a beautiful Kansas spring, summer, or fall day. Leawood is home to more than one country club and a great aquatic center that provide fun, entertainment, and activity for the entire family. If you are in the Kansas City area visitng, or looking for a new home, consider Leawood.
