An open sewer with the worst neighbors you can imagine User Rating 0.5 rating By Okamm ( Sep 11, 2018) At first I loved it here. Whats not to love?8 houses on the lake that have 70 year old septic systems -- and fecal coliform levels 5 times the EPA regulated limit. And when I brought it up and had the water tested? They cut off the aerator at my end of the lake -- so the septage ...Read More backed up for three years. Think I'm exaggerating? Look on google earth from 2014 to now. The satellite doesn't tell false tales.Faked elections with ineligible non residents -- all the while secretly negotiating personal deals with developers trying to rezone from single family to RM25 -- thats 25 units where there are now 1 per lot.And the they lie more. Completely surrounded and shielded by Wilton Manors, Lazy Lake offers lots 4 times the size of neighboring Wilton Manor ...Read More s. The town itself if the smallest municipality in Broward County, Florida -- consisting of just 15 houses. The homes while each having a singular character are noted for their landscaping and palms -- varieties of which are countless. The lake itself is for residents only alas, no swimming if you just walk by. This little place is an oasis in Wilton Manors/Fort Lauderdale and feels much more like being in the country than city. Yet when I stayed here it was only a 4 block walk to the nightlife and restaurants of booming Wilton Drive. Read Less
