My family and I are proud to call Lakeland, Tennessee home. With a low population, this town truly has a great community feel, while being close enough to Memphis that you can easily commute to the city if you need to. In addition, the local school system overall has good reviews from the state and they are continuously making improvements to the schools to bring them up to date.

The best areas in Lakeland, Tennessee include the multiple opportunities that there are for outdoor recreation. The local Adventure Tourism group is working hard to create new opportunities for residents and visitors. They are currently working on projects such as rock climbing, kayaking, and mountain biking.

Living in Lakeland, Florida has just provided us with peace of mind. The crime rate is relatively low and the streets here are overall pretty quiet on a daily basis. The downside is that in order to shop or eat out, you might have to travel a short distance to a neighboring town to get what you need.
