Lake Morton-Berrydale is Peaceful Town in The Northwest User Rating 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) Lake Morton-Berrydale is a suburban neighborhood in Western Washington. We are located about 35 miles southeast of Seattle, in King County. This area has many beautiful homes, well-maintained properties, and is located in a very peaceful environment with lush trees decorating the ...Read More hilly landscape. The weather is fairly mild, with warm summers and rainy winters. Living in Lake Morton-Berrydale has been a very peaceful experience with lots to see and explore. In fact, I've yet to explore all the nearby neighborhoods around here, an incentive to get out and about.

The nearby cities have a lot more amenities available than we do in Lake Morton-Berrydale, but they are easily accessible via highway. The place nearest to Lake Morton-Berrydale where one can find food and grocery is in the town of Covington. This small town is closer to the 516 Highway. Take this highway to get to and from the I-5
freeway, which connects to the city of Seattle and the SeaTac Airport. If you are in the market for a new home, be sure to come check out Lake Morton-Berrydale! Read Less
