This City Values Community 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 16, 2018) This city has a high cost of living and a reasonable housing market. The price for a home in this community is lower than the national average. I believe the educational system is outstanding and offers children specialized instruction in the classroom. The graduation rate is abo ...Read More ve average, and students go on to earn college degrees.

I like the homes in this city because they are designed for comfort and families. The crime rate is low, and I feel safe walking around my neighborhood. There are many places to go shopping, and the malls are conveniently located. There are also a variety of ways to entertain friends and family.

I enjoy living in La Vista, NE the weather is warm during the entire year, and I can always find creative ways to spend my time. The job market is feasible, and you can find work in the construction, manufacturing and retail industries. It is a small tight-knit city that is community orientated. Read Less
