I Love Living in Kewanee, Illinois! 5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) I love living in Kewanee, Illinois! It has all the small town charm but is still close enough to larger towns so you don't feel completely disconnected from the rest of the world!

What I like best about living here is the people. They are friendly, outgoing and helpful.People ...Read More grow tomatoes and other vegetables in their gardens during the summer and are happy to go knock on their neighbors door and willing to share. That's not something that you are likely to find in a bigger city!

The biggest attraction here is probably the Good's Furniture Store. They opened their current location in 1908 and people come from miles away to check out the beautiful historic showroom. It's really a site to see!

There are other things to do here, like visit the park, shopping downtown at little boutiques or antique stores, go hiking on trails or you can visit the really neat campgrounds here too. These are just a few of the reasons that I think Kewanee is a great place to live! Read Less
