I Love Living in Johnston! User Rating 5 rating By Anonymous ( May 16, 2018) Summers are hot, winters are cold, spring is beautiful and fall brings on the bonfires and hoodies, but that's part of the reason that I love living in Johnston, Iowa because you truly get to experience all four of the seasons and in all their glory!

This family friendly town ha ...Read More s quite a bit to offer with fishing, a marina, a lake, the trampoline park, and a state park too! There are also seasonal events and festivals highlighted throughout the year. The school district is excellent as well!

The cost of living is very attractive and jobs are growing which is great! There are people of all different ages and backgrounds that call my town home and that's a great incentive to learning about others from around the world!

There are plenty of opportunities for shopping in Johnston especially if you are looking for the newest styles or trends. Dining has quite the different selections from diverse ethnic restaurants to all-American fare! Read Less
