Jesup Is A Quiet And Comfortable Town 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) Jesup is a great town on the east side of Georgia. It's not right on the coast, but it's close enough to get a decent beach vacation without being directly .n coastal hurricane danger territory.

My fondest memories of living in Jesup are of walking downtown, the green grass do ...Read More tted with a few strands of Spanish moss and the errant anthill along the curb. The sidewalk actually needs a bit of work, but there’s a bit of a rustic appeal to the damage. It’s not terrible and dilapidated, but the tree roots create just a bit of a hilly and disruptive bump on the concrete. Annoying if you absolutely must walk on the sidewalk to stay clean, but not terrible.

The best areas in Jesup, GA are the downtown area and the north of town heading towards Doctortown. You can find a lot of restaurants downtown, and there's a nice park that can give you a green break for lunch or a nice rest area in the middle of an evening stroll. Read Less
