Jennings Is Cradle of Louisiana Oil User Rating 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) Today I am living in Jennings Louisiana on a job assignment. I love the neighborly people and beautiful scenery of this unique small town. There is very little crime in Jennings Louisiana. The weather here is really good all year around. The school systems in Jennings are good an ...Read More d you can trust your kids to get a sound education here in a safe environment. The jobs here pay great and I might decide to continue living here.


The best areas in Jennings are around North Cutting Park where there are great residential housing developments that have extremely nice and friendly neighbors that create an atmosphere of community that is very welcoming. There are not very many shops, restaurants, and other amenities in Jennings but you have all the resources you need to live comfortably with the small businesses and retail mom and pop establishments here in the city. I recommend Jennings Louisiana as a great place to live and enjoy a unique small town environment Read Less
