Jasper, Indiana: A Quiet and Simple Life 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 16, 2018) Jasper, Indiana is the place that I currently call home. Living in Jasper, Indiana has been a good experience for myself. The rent here for apartments and single family homes is reasonable and is comparable to the average household income.

People feel safe here in Jasper, Indi ...Read More ana. The crime rate is low and people are always watching out for other people. This is literally a very nice small-knit community that is quietly tucked away.

The best areas in Jasper, Indiana is the local school system. The schools are all rated at either 4 stars or 5 stars by the state. If you have children, then they will get a quality education here.

I enjoy my nice, peaceful life here. If you desire a ton of nightlife or shopping opportunities, then this may not be the place for you. There are not many stores nor restaurants to meet those needs, but the weather is overall mild with few snows in the winter and a mild summer. Read Less
