I have lived in the area for thirty years. Rarely is there a week of sun. When everyone else is basking in it we are trying to remember what it feels like. Diverse young veggie, organic, vegan, gluten free tree hugging community. Exit the rainbow gate of Ithaca and...reality. Nice place to visit, beautiful parks, etc but not a place to have an opposing point of view. If you wear socks with your Birkenstocks, dreads in your hair, tye-dye shirts and own a diggerydoo you will fit right in!!!
