From my experience, the best part about living around Imperial Beach is the fact that you can take a peaceful walk next to the ocean whenever you want. The view of the ocean can be seen for miles inland and the sunsets are absolutely gorgeous on a beautiful day.

attractions and restaurants around the pier, with bike paths along the beach for several miles. Most of the time the community and beach is extremely clean but when tourists come out for the spring and summertime, it can get dirty for those select few months.
The school districts, libraries, and restaurants are great in the region. The weather is usually very nice at all times of the year. Occasionally, it can be very crowded around this neighborhood, but like I said, usually only during the summer months of the year.
All-in-all, this is a very great place to live with a great community and lots of fun things to do.
