Huntsville, Alabama is a great place to live. When I lived in Huntsville, I really enjoyed all of the great food and restaurant choices the city has. One thing I miss greatly are the fantastic po boy sandwiches that can be found in Huntsville. A favorite place of mine for po boy sandwiches is The Po Boy Factory. I would actually go so far as to say they have some of the best Cajun and Creole cooking in the entire state of Alabama, which is no small feat. There is not much in this world better than great Cajun cooking. With the affordable prices and the comfortable casual atmosphere, the Po Boy Factory is a great place to have a meal, whether with family or friends. This Huntsville restaurant has gotten extremely popular from people spreading the word about the authentic Louisiana cuisine that can be found deliciously prepared at the Po Boy Factory. For this reason, there is usually a short wait to get a table, but it is well worth it for the food.

Huntsville, Alabama is a beautiful town full of friendly people and great food that isn't found everywhere. It's a great place to call home.
