Hugo Resides by Oneka Lake User Rating 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 23, 2018) I've been living in Hugo Minnesota for the last 8 years and have enjoyed the small-town atmosphere of this suburban community outside of Minneapolis Minnesota. The school systems in Hugo are really good and my kids enjoy the relationships they have developed with neighboring kids ...Read More within the schools. There's very little crime in Hugo so you can feel safe with your kids playing in the neighborhoods and enjoying communities that are safe and secure.


The best areas in Hugo are at Oneka Lake Park where there are lots of great communities that have nice and friendly neighbors to build community with. The houses in Hugo are reasonably priced and if you're making a decent living you can have really nice quality residential housing in this area that will not break the bank. There are all the shops, restaurants, and other amenities needed to have a decent convenient lifestyle in Hugo away from the hustle and bustle of large metropolitan areas. If you're looking to relocate to the Minnesota area I recommend Hugo as a great place to call home. Read Less
